PAYMENT TERMS

"Order" shall mean the selection of payable Content and/or subscription to Content offered by SATNAVIGATION.CO.UK.

You may pay by PayPal using credit or debit card, network service provider billing, or other payment methods if available.

Your credit or debit card must have a billing address in the country where the Content is offered by the Service. PayPal will charge your credit card or debit your bank account within a reasonable time after you have made your Order or you can use balance money on your PayPal account. All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by PayPal system.

You agree to pay the charges related to your Order, to ensure that the instrument of payment is valid at the time of the Order, that you are the rightful holder of the instrument and that the instrument is used within its credit limits.

The Content that is delivered is licensed to you. You agree to use such Content solely as permitted in these Terms and in any additional terms that you may be presented in the order flow.

 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

You agree to the electronic delivery of Content being initiated concurrently with the placement of your Order. You will not be able to cancel your Order once it has been processed. The nature of the Content is such that it cannot be returned.

In the event that after your Order you discover and promptly inform us within 48 hours that (a) the Content you have ordered is faulty; (b) the Content us delivers to you does not match the description of the Content you ordered via the Service; or (c) technical problems delayed or prevented delivery of your Content or accidental multiple orders caused by such technical problems, your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to such Content will be either replacement of such Content, or refund of the price paid for such Content, as determined solely by OEMDVD. Otherwise, no refunds are available. If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact SATNAVIGATION.CO.UK Customer Support.

We guarantee your satisfaction at all times. All of our products come with 7 day EXCHANGE guarantee unless stated. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item by contacting us through our website. Then you will be advised with further instructions on how to do so, providing you are returning the goods as “unused as new” in original condition and only then will we issue a replacement.

Before returning the goods you must notify us. If you return any merchandise without prior approval it will be refused and returned back to you. You must return the goods to the address which will be given upon request, and in manner indicated. We will do our best to make the return and exchange process as simple and quick as possible.

The cost of returning the goods back to us on your error when ordering, will be the customers responsibility and not ours. The goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by SATNAVIGATION.CO.UK. Exchange requests will only be accepted if the goods are returned with all accessories, instructions, documentation and original packaging (if applicable) and are in as new condition ie, as it was when it was delivered to you.
